  • Senior Designers are brought onboard to enhance FPI's capabilities. FPI Services, Inc. changes its name to Fixture Perfect International, Inc. and changes its logo to more accurately reflect the new capabilities in design and store planning. FPI jumped ahead of competitors by adding an advanced, secured website where clients track job information, view, upload and download CAD drawings and photographs of finished shops.   • FPI Construction, Inc., a subsidiary of FPI Services, Inc., is developed to handle large-scale projects. 1995 National Site Survey and CAD services are added to the list of capabilities. FPI becomes a member of the National Retail Federation. Fixture Perfect Installations, Ltd. changes its name to FPI Services, Inc. to reflect the additional services offered.


  • FPI expands its client base by adding clients such as Pier 1 Imports and Tandy Corporation.


  • Sales focus shifts from working for fixture manufacturers to working directly for retailers to ensure better results.


  • The original five year strategic plan was achieved only one year after implementation of the plan. FPI began landing large rollouts for clients such as Blockbuster and implemented a systematic program to build a nationwide network of skilled craftsman.


  • Fixture Perfect is incorporated May 29, 1990.

Our corporate headquarters is based in the heart of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex in Irving, Texas. We also have an office in the Toronto area and regional offices and warehouse facilities located throughout North America. With in-house capabilities of supply-chain management with logistics, DAVACO can also support programs globally. We have employees located throughout the United States and Canada, covering all regions and provinces.

What kind of training programs do you have in place?
Over the years we have developed a training and ongoing development program called “The DAVACO Way.” This program is administered to all employees and is customized to reflect the specific needs of our clients. For large rollouts, we create training specific to the program as well as host training sessions in DAVACO University – our state-of-the-art training facility located in our Dallas/Ft. Worth office. We also have web-based training programs.

Do you have trained supervisors in the field?
Every DAVACO job has a trained supervisor assigned to ensure program compliance and quality workmanship to be sure our satisfaction guarantee is delivered. Training is conducted at Dallas/Ft. Worth corporate office, in the field and through online programs.

What type of insurance, bonding do you carry?
DAVACO maintains commercial liability insurance policies with A.M. Best "A" rated insurance underwriters, each with "excellent" financial ratings.

Do you have a corporate “green” policy?
Yes. DAVACO encourages its employees to make environmentally-friendly choices at home and work. The DAVACO Cares program includes a variety of “green” initiatives including: recycling of paper and office supplies; an employee intranet site for online references, pay stubs and benefits enrollment to reduce paper consumption.

Additionally, DAVACO supports our clients' environmental goals with certification and integration of sustainable practices throughout program execution for multi-unit initiatives. This includes recycling and responsible disposal of equipment, technology, fixtures, building materials and other waste.
