on February 10 – 11 at the DFW Westin in Irving, Texas. Over 100 employees and management gathered for the 2-day
event, which is designed to foster on-going training and development for the company's nationwide employee base.

The theme of the 2012 Leadership meeting was "You make the Difference." Group presentations and division-specific
sessions focused on a variety of subjects including customer service, skills development, safety, client-specific programs,
etc. In addition to the annual leadership meeting, DAVACO provides ongoing training opportunities through the
DAVACO University program.
