Company Efforts Benefit Relief Fund

Dallas, Texas (November 2, 2005) — DAVACO, the leading retail service provider, announced today that the company and its associates volunteered time and donated money to assist with the recent hurricane relief efforts. DAVACO's long-time philanthropic organization, the Salvation Army, will be responsible for distributing the additional resources to the areas that continue to be most in need.

"In the wake of the most recent national catastrophes, we believe that it's the responsibility of individuals and corporations alike to do what we can for the millions of displaced families and the communities suffering from the massive destruction as a result of these natural disasters," said Rick Davis, chief executive officer, DAVACO. "The recent devastation along the U.S. coastlines has affected all of us in different ways. On behalf of DAVACO and its employees across the country, we extend heartfelt condolences to those who have lost so much."

To extend support to those in need, DAVACO provided a corporate donation as well as offered employees to volunteer time to work in the local disaster center. In addition to this increased assistance, for many years DAVACO's Dallas-based employees have adopted Salvation Army angels and provided holiday gifts to families in need.
