DAVACO Promotes John Rodarte to Director of Field Operations

Dallas, TX (January 15, 2009) – DAVACO, Inc. (, the national leading provider of retail services, announced today that John Rodarte has been promoted to director of field operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the management and development of field personnel, including job scheduling/tracking, travel and logistics, quality assurance, professional and program training, and skill assessments. He reports directly to F.L. Chase, senior vice president of retail operations.

Rodarte joined DAVACO in 1994 as an installer. Since then, he has served in a variety of positions for DAVACO including training manager, field manager and regional operations manager. Most recently, he held the position of senior divisional operations manager, in which he led the management of field personnel for his division. Prior to joining DAVACO, he worked in construction for 13 years.
